Part of that is choosing the right Agent - Savas Ersahin of Avenue Estates was brilliant from start to finish. Savas was proactive, always available providing regular updates rather than us chasing. He is professional, personable, calm and patient, and works hard to get a result for you. We definitely made the right choice. Savas Ersahin of Avenue Estates was brilliant and made what could have been a stressful experience into a very pleasant one. Savas was proactive, giving us information rather than us having to ask. He was always available and never failed to deliver what he promised. Staff in his office were pleasant, efficient and knowledgable. I felt like I was able to approach Martin who never made me feel stupid when I didn’t understand things. I think this company may be owned by two guys. Personally I quite like the idea of supporting a smaller agent and likewise local businesses.
