It’s been 7days still no communication on payout. They are not answering chat now as well. They seem to have disappeared.

I passed the 25k challenge on monday, sent all the documents and they disappeared. They're not answering via chat, via mail... Do not trust this prop firm at all, unbelievable!!
Well, today has been one crazy, mad, insane trading day. I started this morning on a -5.2% Drawdown and pushed it back into profit. Got a nice set up and pushed a crazy pass on my phase1. Withing seconds these legends of AxeTrader got me my 2nd phase credentials. I was hesitant to "over trade" but I saw 3 beautiful setups and passed phase 2 within 3trades, All this in one day... Within seconds again, these legends at AxeTrader sent me my contract for my master/funded account. Better service from any other propfirm can simply just not be matched in any shape or form. To the Ceo, Managers and all support guys, you are such epic Legends! Keep it up! #getonaxed 🪓
Allora caro trustpilot questa volta vi chiedo di non cancellare la recensione, perchè è la seconda volta che guadagno con questi fantomatici signori di axetrader ed è la seconda volta che si inventano delle scuse per non pagare, e perchè hai aperto 2 posizioni di fila e questa volta perchè hai superto il 3%, ma di che cosa superato? ho guadagnato!!! punto e basta ... ho letto anche un altra recensione di una persona che ha scritto cose simili alle mie e sicuramente non l hanno pagata ,,, io non so a chi danno i soldi , ma sicuramente le recensioni positive sono le loro, altrimenti non è possibile che un azienda prenda 1000 scuse,,, io ho lavorato con FXIFY con the trading pit che sono aziende serie, mai nessun problema e nessuna restrizione , pagano e basta... ora per favore tutti devono leggere non cancellate!!!!!!!
Always advertising 24-48 hours payout time coming from a 8th week payout individual i can confidently say they take 98% of the time 48 hours sometimes more only out of 1 of my 8th payout they took within 24 hours so the 24-48 hour payout claim is totally bold should just say takes 48 business days.

This is my reply to you guys 1) there is no where on your website where you state the amount traders can withdraw a week according to their account there should be a transparent breakdown of how much each account can withdraw and how long the process is there is no transparency on your end 2) in regards to your customer service being bad i am speaking on my own experience with the customer service team with their lack of transparency and creating rules as you go i don’t care what others have to say 3) you said that you don’t create rules but when i was withdrawing there is no rule on your website that says traders cannot risk more than 2% per trade but when i was withdrawing the manager said i can only risk 2% even though i had never hit any hard breaches or hit the maximum drawdown the 2% number was created for me or else you said you will reduce my pay outs i have the screenshots of all our messages 4) in regards to controlling your spreads i don’t care about your broker or who controls the charts . I have recipes of me trading with FTMO and trading view with the same broker and the way the charts move on the platform you guys provide is different from everyone else on trading view with the different platforms on axe you guys wick out your traders to take them out whil on other platforms the markets move normally according to price action this has happened to me more than 3 times where the market moves one way and your platform moves another way and i have screenshots of everything I will not take time out my day to come and bad mouth anyone’s business but the people are tired of being manipulated by these companies we just want an opportunity to trade and better our lives Thank you

I bought a $100k account, and after successfully completing both Phase 1 and Phase 2, they falsely accused me of using a hidden EA. This was clearly a tactic to close my account and avoid providing me with a funded account or the promised payouts. When I submitted a review about my experience, Axe Trader flagged it as not genuine, and Trustpilot removed it. As a result, I’ve decided to share my story along with evidence. Below is proof of my correspondence showing that I passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2.
