Mar 06,2025Nathan and Andy have been absolutely exceptional in sorting out a disabled bathroom for us after a spinal injury meant that we desperately needed this adaptation at home. They really sorted us out and provided us with a really modern bathroom that is not only really disabled friendly but looks modern. They put in really thoughtful touches that we hadn’t even thought of. We were even able to go away while they carried out the work. I really can’t thank them enough or indeed recommend them more. What a great company.

Jan 21,2025Where to start? From the beginning... I came across Baker & Fox from seeing and advert they put on Facebook. I looked on their page and saw the photos of the work they'd done, it looked great and their reviews were great. I thought after 2 unsucesfull quotes I'd had let's try them for quote no.3. I messaged them to book a quote meeting and they booked me in just a few days later. I opened the door to Nathan who had a really friendly face with a big smile. Within the 30 mins ish he spent here I knew this was the company that was doing my bathroom. He suggested ideas I'd not thought of and certainly hadn't had suggested to me by other companies. He wasn't pushy in any way and I felt comfortable and trusted him almost instantly. A few days after I received their quote (very similar to previous quotes I'd had) I had a couple of small queries about bits and bats so messaged to ask. 2 days later Nathan came back to discuss at which time we came to an agreement and got a plan together and I booked the project in for January. In the time between the quote meeting and starting the project I could message them anytime and get quick and helpful responses. On the first day of the job I met Andy for the first time and my first thought was I can see why these 2 work together, again another friendly guy with a big smile. Both Andy and Nathan throughout the project were extremely friendly, respectful, well mannered, chatty and an absolute pleasure to have in the house. Each day they arrived when expected and again with a smile. Half way through the job we'd had some freezing weather and a pipe in the house (not related to the bathroom) had frozen and burst causing a leak through my ceiling. Andy and Nathan immediately stopped what they were doing, got in the van and went to their suppliers for some parts and sorted it for me, no problem at all. They were life savers as I could have ended up with a real mess on my hands. My bathroom... well its absolutely perfect! Everything I imagined and more. My friends say it looks like a posh hotel bathroom and it really does. I thought men didn't see these things that us women see but these 2 definitely do! Absolute perfectionists! To summarise, so glad I found Baker and Fox not only have they perfected my bathroom I wanted but I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience I've had with them (that much I felt a little sad when they left) 2 great guys that are extremely passionate about what they do and provide a top notch service. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them in future if they dare come back to my mad house! 😂❤️🐶🍾 Thank you both x

Jan 15,2025These guys are fantastic! From initial consultation to completion. They talked me through everything every step of the way, no hidden cost or surprises. We had a bathroom that had been leaking for many years and they managed to fix the floors, walls and install a whole new bathroom. Highly recommend to anybody!

Dec 30,2024Imagine buying a house that has so many things wrong with it that it makes you cry ! Thats what happened to us over 10 years ago, when my wife and myself purchased our now family home !! I managed to do some work on the house inside and out ( but never electrics or major plumbing, however I do like painting ! ) but for the more complex and frustrating , I need a professional !! ….enter the amazing ….. Baker and Fox !! From a personal recommendation I entrusted two incredible guys who own “Baker and Fox Bathrooms & plumbing” to answer our cry for HELP ! We knew there were SEVERAL problems ! …. A crumbling internal wall, plumbing issues and we needed the toilet moving from one end of the bathroom to the other !! Baker and Fox created a masterpiece from boring and broken, to BEAUTIFUL ! This was far from straightforward with many twists and turns along the way!! Challenge after challenge BUT the end result is jaw dropping as you can see. Our whole family thanks your enthusiasm, creative skill ( love the niches with lights ! ) and nothing is too much bother ! We have our favourite room in the house and in the mornings, walking on the warm tiles with bare feet is just sublime. If anyone would like to have TOTAL peace of mind, loves attention to detail ( constantly ! ) and going from dreams to reality then please use Baker and Fox Bathrooms and plumbing, we are so grateful to have met you and forever thankful from creating beauty out of a monster ! ......... Dec 20,2024I couldn't recommend Baker & Fox more; after managing to find the cause of a fairly catastrophic leak in our bathroom, they have created a lovely new space for us that's really in line with our style. Not only that, but they fit all this in before Christmas. Nathan and Andy were efficient, friendly, always cheerful (we enjoyed the singing), and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. Exceptional value for money, we will be using them again; they went above and beyond for us.

Dec 07,2024If you are thinking about having your bathrooms done you need to get in touch with Andy and Nathan. They are both genuinely lovely guys who turn up when they say they will, offer suggestions if needed and seem to thrive on perfection and attention to detail. Can't fault the quality of their workmanship and their skills and knowledge. We are thrilled with the transformation of our bathroom and en-suite and would highly recommend them. Massive thanks to you both!

They were incredibly respectful of our home and kept us updated throughout. So happy with the finishing result. Will definitely be using again and would 100% recommend to anyone👍🏻
