Jul 21,2024Excellent communication and great attention to detail, Jack at Balkan Escape answered all our questions and he was very patient with us until we were satisfied that we had found the right holiday for us. Booking was simple and easy, airport check ins were taken care of and everything went smoothly, even the private transfers from and to the airport. I would definitely book through Balkan Escape again. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one, for all the right reasons!
