Jul 05,2023Badezuber steht seit zwei Jahren- befüllt von Mai bis September. An sich tolle Sache, jedoch immer wieder Mängel. Baltresto hilft nicht wirklich. Bei Erstbefüllung war er undicht an dem Schlauch zur Pumpe (gerissen) - Antwort von Baltresto-Team: wir sind schuld, haben wohl zu stark an etwas angezogen usw. Nach kurzer Zeit ging die Massagedüse nicht mehr, wieder Bretter abgeschraubt zum nachsehen - Schlauch war zu locker draufgesteckt. Das Thermoholz haben wir nach einem Jahr komplett austauschen und wegschmeißen müssen - trotz Holzpflege von Remmers... Es hatte sich an fast allen Stellen inkl. Holztreppe und Kasten für Pumpe schwarz verfärbt und wurde richtig hässlich - wohl eine Art Schimmel/Fäule. Naja, nochmal 300 Euro in neue Lärchenrombusleisten investiert und in Eigenarbeit angebracht... Weiter geht's... Nach Erst-/Neubefüllung in diesem Jahr: der Pool tropft... nicht nur ein bisschen sondern richtig! Wieder Bretter ab. Siehe da: 3 der seitlichen Bodenlämpchenabdeckungen waren nur "drangeklebt" und wie "abgefressen". Wieder telefoniert wegen Lösung. Sollte wieder mal Bilder und ein Video des Schadens schicken - sie wollten sich binnen einiger Werktage melden. Das ist nun über 4 Wochen her, gehört haben wir nichts mehr (Garantie - welche es hier scheinbar eh nicht gibt - ist sowieso schon abgelaufen - warum dann auch melden?)... FAZIT: Eigentlich nicht zu empfehlen, der Kunde hat an sämtlichen Fehlern - die das Ding hat - eh immer selbst Schuld. Hier wird dann lediglich "Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe" angeboten - wenn überhaupt. Das GFK-Becken ist stabil - aber das ist ja von vornherein "unkaputtbar" Ich würde einen Badezuber diesen Herstellers nicht mehr kaufen

Jul 03,2023Great Barrel style sauna - works well and looks lovely. Needed professional help to assemble and do the electrics (instructions supplied need deciphering carefully & we had to cut out & install the additional windows) .... and then I strongly suggest you do your research into the additional delivery charges and taxes (+ help & electrician) .... adds up to quite a lot. But, Anna at Baltresto is extremely efficient, kept us updated and goods arrived well packed and nothing missing. Do be aware, the sauna Delivery guys left the pallet on the main road and we had to bring it to the garden piecemeal, so prepare for a free work out! That all said, we are loving the sauna, looks fabulous and great quality!

Jun 20,2023Delivery company only dropped at the kerbside. Packing screws damaged the unit. Metal bands supplied with rods that were too short. Seat side supports should be prefixed as extremely difficult to be accurate with this fixing. Holes should be pre drilled. Wood easily split. No cable inlet. Door has no closing mechanism. No spare roof shingles. Rough finish to many interior parts, had to sand down.

Jun 19,2023My experience with Baltresto is exemplary. Despite small breakage problems during transport, they reacted and arranged the problem very quickly. I bought a sauna and a hot tub. Both are of excellent quality. The machining of wood, the other elements are of very good quality. I am very satisfied with their products and the after-sales service.

May 30,2023Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer kleinen Sauna. Die deutsche Spedition, bzw. der ausliefernde Fahrer, war grenzwertig. Dafür kann Baltresto nicht. Die Aufbauanleitung hätte ich mir technischer und optisch größer gewünscht. Es fehlten einige Schrauben, für mich war das als Handwerker kein Problem. Danke nochmal für das kleine Präsent 🎁

Jul 05,2023Allt var bra från början skulle bara ta ca 2 veckor men tog 6 veckor. Vi fick inte all information, som tex. att pumpa dyl. redan var in monterade........och fick jaga infon. men tyvärr väldgit slarvigt gjort så det har läckt både här och där. Men när vi nu har åtgärdat allt själva så är vi nöjda!
