Mar 28,2024Excellent service and capability's the best thing is the support you get its amazing. only difficulty is sometimes the search engine brings up hundreds of results and you need to filter right down to find what you looking for, other than that cant fault it. News info is great standard documents are great.

The content is easy to find and grouped into useful areas and the variety of briefing notes and other templates is really comprehensive.

Professional and responsive customer service team that provided an almost immediate response to a recent health & safety-related issue - thank you, Toby. The annual subscription works well and is a lot cheaper than employing dedicated internal resource. Received detailed system training to help us navigate their system, which hashelped us get up to speed quickly.

Mar 07,2024My company has worked with Barbour EHS only for a couple of years. I never usually complete reviews but I felt obliged too due to the incredible service and assistance I have received. Apart from the monthly Environmental bulletins that I'm signed-up too, it's the level of service which is just as inspiring. For example recently I had an issue with the bulletins not coming through to y email account. However I have since realised it was my fault for not re-activating my account wen instructed to do so. After a couple of emails with the Barbour EHS Abbie Liddle I decided it's best to talk on the phone (I'm old school and always prefer to speak person-to-person). Abbie was exceptionally helpful and everything got resolved within a few minutes. I am up and running and all is great. I would strongly recommend using Barbour EHS, not only for the exceptional information I receive but also for the exceptional service.

The web platform includes the legislation for many of the countries that we work within and there is masses of guidance and support documentation, some of which we have used to create our own internal guidance. All of the Barbour staff we have dealt with have been very committed and passionate in supporting our use of the web tool and providing training support and will actively contact us with follow up calls (which we often need). Legal compliance is a huge topic and Barbour have been a huge help!

Barbour is a great tool but what really sets it apart is the support from the team, they are always willing to support with the training of new users and sharing best practice. Thank you!

It is very helpful for my team & I who manage approx 55 subsidiaries around the world. It contains any brief instructions, best practices, links to the legal systems of various nations, and certain cases or jurisprudence. My contact the Head of Customer Care is very is excellent!!! Prompt and efficient.

Feb 20,2024Barbour is frequently used across our business, primarily supporting our health, safety and FM functions. The system is easy to use, supported by a client manager who is available to swiftly respond to any system related questions or additional needs, such as access to specialist documents which were not on the system. We are planning to expand our functionality, so we can get the most of what Barbour offers. The one thing to keep an eye on is the licensed user details, recognising the ebb and flow of the workforce. That aside, we would recommend the system as a useful business support tool.

Feb 17,2024I have found Barbour to be very informative and time saving when it comes to developing toolbox talks and director briefings. There are a few tweaks that could enhance the platform like being able to copy folder format for International Countries but overall, its a good platform.

Feb 16,2024I have used Barbour for 7 years to help build our International Registers, although they only had a small number of Countries available at first this has grown considerably over the last few years enabling us to build our Registers as well as keeping up to date with the changes in Country Legislation. They have also listened to our requirements in respect to specific statutory requirements and are developing an easy to use schedule for the test & inspection for Statutory Assets to help ensure compliance to Country Regulations. Access to the system is quick and easy and the Search Option provides access to so much information for so many Countries, from preparing new Toolbox Talks to developing a new Legal Register. They also provide Training support for all Team members with regular reviews of our account and updates on the service changes etc.

Jan 24,2023We encountered access issues repeatedly making the system unusable. A phone call would be required for this to be reset. Given our use of the system required immediate access we had to find an alternative provider. Barbour held us to the contract to pay in full despite them being well aware of the problem, even admitting it was a compatibility issue with internet browsers. If you unfortunate to already have a contract with them ensure all issues you have reported by phone are confirmed by email so you have evidence. It is a pity they approached the issue with a 'tough luck attitude' as the information is really good, we just couldn't get access to it! I will however ensure that none of the 7 companies in our group will use any of their services.
