You think you've ordered the quantity of items you want but it's not until you get to the basket that YOU have to double check the quantity yourself again! When I phoned to complain they wanted over £5 for the extra keys which I didn't want in the first place! More than the cost of the lock. RUDE AND UNGRACIOUS customer service woman who said 'we sell all over the country and never had a problem before'. Well mistakes happen and if you weren't so unhelpful (she even hung up the phone!) then I would've considered ordering more from you. Awful service. Never buy from them again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
