The quality of tenants found was without doubt a good match. Nicole responded promptly to any tenant calls and kept us informed at all times. Rent paid promptly each month and costs kept to minimum. Ultimately, Nicole, helped to ensure a smooth sale to our tenant at a suitable time for us. Thank you.
