The leotards are beautiful& good quality, unfortunately customer service doesn't match! I am really unhappy with the situation

Dec 26,2022I have ordered a leotard on the website. The size fits perfect, however I would prefer thicker fabric layer for breast support, since the fabric of the leotard is quite thin.

Customer service representative only got back to me a month later to ask what I would like to do and I requested a refund. I haven’t heard from the company since then and it’s been 3 months! I sent multiple emails and contacted via Facebook and Instagram. I am very upset and unhappy with the customer service.

Jul 16,2024I ordered a leotard from Basilica Dancewear, received my order number and waited... Nothing. Tried their automated chat to track my order - was 'awaiting fulfilment'. I emailed to find out where my order was - no response. I phoned many times - no answer. A pending payment to my credit card has disappeared. If they are in trouble or have gone out of business, the least they can do is let the people who have ordered from them know this. But zero communication? Not acceptable.
