Aug 30,2024I had a wonderful day at the Beal Design Lounge. Amy and Kennedy were so lovely and we had various discussions on what would work for me with my new home. I got all the choices I wanted and I found having the displays incredibly helpful to be able to visualise things in person. Thank you so much for the lunch - it was absolutely delicious and me and my auntie felt so welcome. I now can’t wait to see my home come together with all of the choices I’ve made 😍

Aug 20,2024Just spent almost four hours at the Design Suite with Amy and she made sure that we were happy with our many choices every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and we did change our minds several times! She made it all very easy and her skills at quickly altering the kitchen design and producing images to help us envisage everything were impressive. In addition, there was a very good vibe in the Design Suite with all of the design staff chipping in with their ideas too. A very friendly welcoming place with everyone working seamlessly together. Lunch was delicious too 😋. Our thanks to you all.

Aug 08,2024We’ve just had a great meeting at the Design Lounge with Amy, Tess and Kennedy making it all a very enjoyable experience, always helping and offering good advice and ideas and culminating in a design we are delighted with! Unfortunately no room for manoeuvre on discounts or offers which I tried to enact but other than that a very pleasing experience!

Apr 28,2024This company takes new build to another level. I’ve bought from Persimmon previously and it was bad so to measure these guys up when we bought our home was immense. These guys know how to build houses, superior build quality, attention to detail, luxury items and fab incentives. On this experience we would buy Beal again . You guys ROCK

Apr 25,2024Customer service is non-existant. When you do get hold of someone they spin you lies and tell you what you want to hear with no sign of following through in fixing issues. The process is great up until Selections, the Selections staff are wonderful. After that, good luck.

When it came to detailed design Sarah and Sam did a fantastic job listening to our needs and giving us good advice. The range and quality of choices and options is also very impressive. Our thanks to all at Beal for making the process enjoyable and as stress-free as possible!

We underestimated how much work and decision making goes in to designing a full house and they were so patient and helpful from start to finish. They are so knowledgeable on literally everything and we felt we got the best advice from them. Would 100% recommend Beals to friends and family, in fact we already have! ☺️

Sep 07,2024No way, do these Cowboys have a five star rating. Just had a leak in the kitchen sink and when my father-in-law looked under the sink, there is an electrical socket next to the sink. I guess they didn’t go to that fundamental class in school that tells you water and electric don’t mix. System in the upstairs toilet stop filling up just constantly flowing I was trying to fix that problem. I could have done a better job with lego & superglue. My neighbours have had numerous issues too, bathroom leaks, cracked ceilings, doors that don’t open & close properly. The list goes on. One neighbour had to gave the entire house replaced as it collapsed. Our street is sinking, they had the genius idea to build an estate on clay ground, every time it rains, heavy vehicles (delivery trucks such as furniture), bin lorry or maintenance vehicles are on here it sinks even more Please avoid at all cost, it’s not worth the headaches and stress. 5 houses where i am are on a verge & they had to underpin them several times to prevent the sliding into a main road.
