Item faulty on arrival (fault with Jane iredale item not beautythings as a company) beautythings uk couldn’t have been more helpful in their communication and resolving the issue (item replaced swiftly). I really was so impressed with their response in dealing with the problem. Swift, professional, interested, sincere. 5 star personal service. I will definitely buy from them again.

Dec 27,2021I ordered a large bottle of olaplex conditioner but not sure whether it is original or not since the seal was already broken when it arrived. When I raised this with customer service, they told me i should trust them as they have no other way to prove it is original. Not sure if i wasted £90 now or not, guess we will never know.

Packaged very safely in a small cardboard box with a copy of my order and a sample of a new product. Can't fault Beautythings service and will definitely use them again.
