Another company that is bathed in discrimination. I registered on Becharge.co.uk, activated my account and tried to recharge my UK line with my debit card. It didn't go through. I contacted their customer service and this was the reply I got: "Your order won't be accepted. becharge.co.uk is an English website, only accessible for English residents with English credit cards." So if it is "only accessible for English residents", why not block off other countries from accessing the website or state it boldly on your registration form that it is for English residents only? Another useless online business ran by brainless entities just to waste people's time. Zero star befitted! Screenshots of exchanged messages can be provided. EDIT: Yes, their behavior and reply is discriminatory. Please provide an avenue to upload screenshot. Thanks.

Ordered an Xbox code which is supposed to arrive on screen and by email once payment is made however the web site sat on loading and didn’t sent the code. I emailed be charge ( out of opening hours) and I received my code with an apology very promptly when they opened.

Never got the pin numb to use the 2 vouchers. Sent 6 emails still no reply.
Dreadful. Bought a voucher, for which the funds seemed to be nowhere (including my bank account) So I sent an email and tried to find out what was happening, to get I what I had purchased, find out where it was and why the code I got was rejected when I tried using it. I got confirmation of them recieving my email but 3 emails and over a day later I am still yet to hear a word,from them in answer to my problem. I then decided to log in to my account to ses if I could find out what was happening through that. At the very least I should be able to see the transaction information/details. The only details for the transaction were the date and amount. No info on where it went or anything else. Nothing on the site seemed to explain this either. I thought I had purchased a neosurf code for £11 or that I had funded that account which was linked through becharge. I was led to believe that this purchase could be used as a payment gateway online but the voucher code was invalid and my balance is zero. I the meantime the funds have already left my bank account but to where I do not kow! The site claims the info will provide details that tell you the status of the transaction and More but it truly doesnt. The only email I recieved was to register, no confirmation of an actual transaction! I did try o press the cancel button below the transaction details but the button just dissappeared when clicked. I looked to see if I could talk to a person online such as a live chat facilty...there wasn't (no suprises there!) I left it a while and then went back and checked my emails again (Still nothing!!!) After seeing this I decided to log in again and see if I had missed anything, as I am really frustrated at this point. Unbelievably, I find I cannot log in and my account is now blocked!!!! So not only have I no product, I'm without the funds I used to pay for them, I am without any means to see any information about the transaction, I am without any reply to my complaints about it and to top it off I am now without an account!!!!! Well you can add without any patience left to that already too long of a list. unacceptable. Misleading information that doesnt equate wifh the acrual service or the user experience, hard if not impossible to use/understand the services, the web site does not seem to work properly and has little useful information when it comes to encountering a problem, it is hard to cancel a purchase (even when not recieved) and the voucher codes are deemed invalid/expired if tryinyng to use them, there is no live online support and users are forcced to email even though they do not reply promptly (well, not at all so far). The entire experience has been horrendous and is yet to be resolved. I am deeply concerned by the lack of contact, transparency regarding services/purcuases and the customer care (or lack there of). I dont know if this company is scamming me or not but it really does feel that way at this point anyway so my advice would be to stay well clear of becharge and any product they have links to on thier site. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS (otherwise be prepared for it to cost you while they do the avoiding ) STAY AWAY!!!
