May 02,2024Bought a king size set of linen bedding in April 2021. I sleep alone in a king size bed, alternating sides weekly. The set has been washed approx 36 times @30°. The fitted sheet and pillowcases have developed holes. At £300 a set I am beyond disappointed. Contacted Bedfolk and they explained 3years is about the expected lifespan ! I also bought a set from La Redoute at half the cost at the same time. Both sets have been washed/used identically. However no such problems with their product.

Jan 30,2024I already own two sets of the crisp cotton range and I love them. I bought the "classic cotton" expecting the same quality but unfortunately, l was disappointed. I kept them because I needed them, but you can save your money. The cotton is rough and unpleasant to the touch, I own percale IKEA sets that are better quality than this.

Jan 07,2024I've bought from Bedfolk before. Quality of linen bedding seems to have gone downhill sadly. I ordered a set in Snow. Not only was the quality lower than a previous order in a different colour, the "snow" has a strong yellow tinge (I'll refrain from the obvious yellow snow jokes 😃). The fitted sheet in particular was very yellow. Bedfolk, snow isn't cream coloured or yellow, it is white. Maybe rename this colour to prevent misunderstandings? These items are going straight back for a refund. I thought i could save some cash but will be buying from Libeco, whose linen is exceptional and lasts for decades.

Dec 28,2023I ordered a 13.5 tog duvet online which I didn't expect before Xmas, (ordered on the 20th December) but it came on December 22nd. It was beautifully packed which included a calico drawstring bag and high quality box. There was a feeling about this packaging and the high quality of the duvet which made me feel this company really cares. I have been using the duvet (made of recycled duck down) for 5 nights now. Its beautiful and unbelievably comfortable. It has changed my sleep into a heaven of warmth and peace. I hope to buy something else from Bedfolk as they gave me a discount code for further purchases. I would highly recommend this company.

Dec 07,2023I was quite excited to order two sets only to have to return them. The quality of the fabric does not correspond to the price tag. On the flip side, I was kept well informed on the travel of the order.

Nov 29,2023I love their products and have made several purchases, but for the price, I was expecting their products to last for quite some time. The linen pillow cases in particular are looking really worn and have torn in some places. Disappointing as I don't really want to spend £300+ to refresh my bed linen every few years...

Sep 28,2023I chose the bed linen colour called Rust and I can't stop looking at it it's literally like a beautiful Tuscany sunset. I'm so in love with this bedding and the customer services seem to be highly committed to offering a five-star service which I really appreciate. And excellent company with most beautiful bedding.

Jan 31,2023Fabulous product. Didn't used to think much about bedding, but since sleeping in Bedfolk I've been spoilt. Luckily, some friends have started to buy also so I'm sleeping in it in others spare rooms too!

Dec 21,2022The alternative down duvet is very noisy. Very loud crinkling sound whenever you move. Tog 10 is very, very warm. Despite it being very cold, I've woke up sweating. It also feels very heavy. Wouldn't have bought had i known this.

Nov 16,2022I first bought from Bedfolk 3 years ago and since then I won’t buy my bedding from anywhere else. It is the best bedding I’ve ever bought and the quality and design are the key winning factors for me. I have the linen bedding and the luxury cotton bedding and both are excellent quality. We have also recently bought the linen comfort blanket for our new baby which he sleeps with every day and loves. I stumbled across Bedfolk on Facebook one day and I’ve not looked back when it comes to bedding. I will continue to buy from these guys because of their quality and comfort!

Couldn't resist treating myself to the cotton throw as well. Everything arrived beautifully packaged within a couple of days, and was, again, fabulous.

May 14,2024Linen duvet cover came apart at the seams after two 20 degree washes and line dried. Bought from John Lewis who were wonderful in giving me a refund. Bedfolk Customer Services not interested in helping/replacing damaged cover. At least I had the support of John Lewis. A pity because I was about to buy another bundle. Have gone elsewhere
