May 21,2024Beliani m'a proposé une livraison le samedi 11 mai 2024. J'étais absente le 11 mai et j'ai demandée une livraison pour le samedi suivant, le 18 mai 2024. On m'a répondu qu'il n'y a pas de livraison possible le samedi. Enfin ma livraison est confirmée pour demain, mercredi 22 mai 2024 et aujourd'hui, 21 mai 2024, on m'annonce que je ne recevrai que la moitié de ma commande, c'est-à-dire une table, sans les 6 chaises. Comment cela est-il possible alors que la livraison a été proposée il y a 10 jours ?

May 21,2024An order had to be returned because it had multiple faults. Customer service was very slow to respond to my requests for pick up, but eventually it got sorted. However, I received no written confirmation of return, or cancellation of the invoice. I am still waiting despite asking several times and it is over 3 weeks since the goods were returned.

May 28,2024Returns are impossible. I should have seen it, since shipping furniture is not as straightforward. I bought a couple of bar stools that ended up being of really poor quality. The seams started to open up after 2 months of use. Their reply is that the condition is "good enough" for now and to give it some time to see if they deteriorate further (really !?!). It's worthless to fight for it since you spend more time and energy. Not worth it. Better to buy at a physical store. It is a huge risk if you're not happy with your item. They're return policy is worthless, at the end of the day, who keeps the original packaging of furniture? And why would i want a voucher to buy anything else from them... I've wasted my time and money with this store. I wont risk buying here again.
