Dec 27,2024The believe team has always been most transparent, understanding and supportive in ensuring our applications were processed to our needs and before deadlines. This latest remortgage surrounded a more personally stressful situation than previous applications. Since our last experiences in 2021 & 2019, I do however feel consistency in fluid communication has slipped slightly from prior service levels, although the calibre of team oversight & support in the end ensuring the correct outcome, product and deadline was met has been absolutely amazing. Many thanks to the team (Nick, Dean, Sian) for their continued efforts and understanding to successfully complete yet a further remortgage for us. Huge thanks to Dean for showing initiative in keeping an eye on the lender market and getting us the best product for our individual circumstances appreciating the frustration and delays encountered. That was most definitely the turning point for this latest experience.

Just when I thought that there was no support for people in my situation, Believe Loans came along and solved my issues. They make my outgoings so much simpler and easier to manage and at the same time, taken some of the stress off me that so many of us feel at the end of every month. Given that cost of living seems to be rising so rapidly, I would recommend Believe Loans if you are looking for a good and affordable solution.
