Ellie was very patient with what was an unusually complicated application due to my being known by two different names and having to establish my identity. Original Identification documents returned promptly and securely. Ellie and colleagues did their best to push the application through within my timescales. All round a thorough and professional but friendly approach.

The main reason being that they are clear from the onset of the process, keep you advised at every step, use technology, i.e. their portal, which is easy and efficient to use. I particularly want to mention Sian Bainbridge, my main case handler and Mathew Barlow. Sian in particular kept me up to date and responded to every query etc within every promised turnaround time (often quicker). I am super impressed and as a repeat client have. I hesitation in recommending Believe Loans to anyone. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.
