Feb 25,2021We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. From start to finish Ben was with us every step of the way. We bought and had our new kitchen fitted during the pandemic, and despite some supplier problems, Ben remained cool and in control, offering us solutions throughout. Our kitchen fitters had never worked with a kitchen supplied by Ben and they were immensely impressed with the quality and workmanship of the materials supplied. When they struggled with a fitting issue, Ben was on the end of a phone and very patiently talked them through what was required. Ben took our ideas and turned them into a reality and did so at a highly competitive price. We would recommend him over all the other popular kitchen suppliers, (and we tried them all) for price, quality and attentive customer service.

Feb 22,2021We fortunately stumbled on Benjamin’s James’ website whilst searching for handless trims and after a couple of emails we purchased our entire kitchen. I have fitted a lot of kitchens with work and I must say the quality of the units and the service was second to none. The owner was actually on holiday when replying to our emails which shows the level of service he provides. He understood the style and budget we were looking at for our kitchen and recommended some ideas that we went ahead with. He even delivered the units during the pandemic and was able to talk us through any questions we had. I’d fully recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again for making our dream kitchen

Looks amazing, customer service is second to none and the price is very reasonable unlike some or if not all of the large kitchen firms. Ben designed it and advised me along the way resulting in an excellent quality fitted kitchen at the fraction of the cost of the High Street chains. Ben is very personable and, as a customer, I found that nothing was too much trouble. I also like the fact that Ben is local man who has developed his company through hard work, long hours and determination.

Aug 26,2020Wow - fantastic! Website was great, easy to use and really competitive prices. Most importantly though was Ben's help. He guided and support me throughout the journey and on numerous occasions went the extra mile (and some) to ensure we we got a great service and really well made kitchen! I'm not planning on doing another Kitchen renovation soon, but if/when I do, I'll go straight back to Benjamin James Kitchens. FYI - Ben delivered this amazing service throughout the first 4 months of COVID lock-down, when he had some very challenging supply-chain problems, but he still managed to deliver everything and on time! Ben was very patient and helpful in putting together my order for a substantial and complete new kitchen. All the products are excellent quality and now, 2 years later, still look and work like new. There are no corners cut by these guys - if you want the best, they can supply you the best for a very fair price. Ed

Jun 12,2020Just ordered a larder unit and doors to add to our existing kitchen. There was a small issue with one of the doors which i contacted Ben about. Within a few days a replacement had been sent out - no back and forth emails needed, just sorted out the issue really quickly :-) Great customer service. Larder unit seems good quality, but obviously too early to really tell. But thanks for you help Ben.

Mar 15,2020To find a supplier that is both excellent in customer service and the quality of the products that it produces, is very reassuring. From buying standard items, through to having bespoke items made to my requirements, this company has consistently performed excellently. Their pricing is also very good. I always look for value for money when buying anything - and I feel that Benjamin James Kitchens and Bathrooms offer excellent value for money. One other important factor is packaging. I’ve bought stuff from other companies in the past that is sent poorly packaged. Everything that I have bought from Benjamin James has been well packaged and protected. I’ll definitely be using and recommending this company again.

Dec 12,2019I purchased my kitchen from Ben, and cannot recommend him enough. He helped to design, then supplied and delivered our kitchen. I love it, I am so impressed with the quality of it, and the fantastic service I got throughout, the whole process was excellent. I decided on grey gloss and I love showing it off, not only is it a top quality kitchen, the cost was also extremely reasonable. Ben actually beat quotes I had from 3 other well known kitchen companies, I was made up. I also wanted a few extras after the kitchen was finished, and no sooner had I emailed him, they were delivered. I would give more stars if I could. Thanks so much Benjamin James. A very satisfied customer.

Jul 11,2021After looking on numerous internet kitchen cabinet companies and local supply and fit companies whom had limited choice I came across Benjamin James. I am so glad I opted for this company!! cabinet build quality is a excellent and pre-built as well and very sturdy/robust. As well as this I must say you are spoilt for choice in selection of colours for the cabinets. The doors I chose, to blend in with what I already had are also very well made. I’ve had 2 kitchens supplied and fitted in previous homes and the ones I have purchased from Benjamin James are by far superior in quality, right down to the door hinges, I was kept informed about my order and expected delivery date was on time . Can’t thank them enough and I would highly recommend you look at these cabinet makers before you opt for other brands. Lastly cost, I thought these are extremely good value for money considering how well they are built and will last for many years. Thank you Ben James.
