May 14,2022Such a shame regarding my rose order. Delivered promptly but the rose was tipped completely sideways at the bottom of the box with all the soil tipped out and the branches broken. In my view the box was too large for the small rose and was insecure inside the box. Perhaps it was mishandled also by the courier company, Have now removed broken branches and planted what was left of it in the garden.
