Dec 25,2022I’ll begin this review by saying this is the second year we have used Bernard, last year was faultless, with a lovely tree. Unfortunately this year’s first tree was diamond shape, but Bernard and team quickly arranged a replacement, the replacement, though a beautiful shape started to dry out within days ( delivery was early Dec), and despite watering daily, was looking quite dry and tired by Christmas itself.
