Better tights are not petite, plus-size or tall tights. They are tights for everybody and every body. We see no need to marginalise those who already are made to feel ‘separate’ due to what can sometimes be damaging terminology, particularly often seen within the fashion industry. Better tights are for anyone who wants to wear them, regardless of age, gender, size or shape.
Above all, we are here to champion inclusivity, diversity and freedom. Freedom to wear whatever you want, whenever you want. We’re here to let you know that we hear you, and we see you. This may all sound a little bit much coming from a brand that makes tights, but it’s truly important to us. We’re passionate about using our expertise to responsibly create inclusive, fashion-forward products that enable everyone to express themselves, however they see fit.
And we really don’t think that’s much to ask of the entire fashion industry, either. Hopefully, bit by bit, we can all make a difference.

May 29,2024[SECOND UPDATE (August 2/24)] Happily, I've changed my rating to 4 stars (from the 2 stars I originally posted) and would give a 4.5 star rating if I could. Daisy is a credit to the company for her personal attention, diligence, and genuine care for the customer experience. I do still have some criticisms regarding a few of the products (a couple manufacturing flaws, and sizing issues) but whereas these normally would have caused me to shop elsewhere, Daisy's customer care will have me returning to better tights, knowing that any issues will be corrected promptly and easily. She even kept in touch during her own holiday time, which shows how much she cares for both the company and its customers. Daisy is very receptive to product feedback and has promised to pass it along to the relevant department(s), so hopefully better tights will correct the few little flaws & glitches and will have amazing products across the board. Very satisfied and will definitely be a repeat buyer. [UPDATE (June 12/24) Daisy has been corresponding with me and has been great so far. Further update(s) to come as we work through the issues.] I just received my first order today! I ordered 10 items; a mix of anti-chafing shorts, fishnets, sheers, and tights, the ones for myself all in size Cinque. PROS: The quality and colours are both really great, as was the frequent & consistent communication during shipping until delivery. The anti-chafing shorts are just all-over fantastic. CONS (several I'm afraid): [1] Sizing is widely inconsistent: while the 50 & 80 denier tights, the sheers, and the anti-chafing shorts fit nicely, the 80 denier footless tights are way too big and the white fishnets are too small, even though they're all in size 'Cinque'. The fishnets actually feel like they're from a different company, the size & design is *that* off. [2] I was charged an extra >$22.00 at the door, without forewarning; additional charges aren't mentioned anywhere on the website (and didn't occur when I recently placed an order of greater value from Snag Tights). Extra charges should DEFINITELY be mentioned on the website. [3] I've recently emailed better tights (regarding a second potential order) with a very specific problem. I received a timely reply (yay) but it felt like an AI-generated answer as it only vaguely addressed my concern and didn't make an attempt to rectify it. When I combine that experience with receiving no replies to fb & Instagram comments (questions) on better tights' posts, and no response to inquiries via fb Messages, I'd say that customer service is quite poor, unfortunately. [EDIT: within 24 hours of leaving this review I received an answer to the fb Messages query I sent several weeks ago, plus a code for free shipping. The answer came far too late, though the shipping code is appreciated]. For those reasons I feel a 2-star rating is the best I can give at the moment; even though the quality and colours are wonderful, my experience as a customer and the extra hidden charges left me feeling frustrated and that, even for the very good product, it just isn't worth enduring shabby treatment. I'm not happy writing this, as I was hoping I'd found my 'forever' tights store!

May 13,2024Great company who rival Snag perfectly, I now use Better Tights over snag as the quality is better, the toes last longer and their underwear is fantastic, the knickers are brilliant for quality and fit.

May 08,2024I've made several.order for tights from this company. The value for money is better than all plus size shops. The fit is better and range of tights available will suit everyone. The chub rub shorts changed my life last year. They are thin, they don't feel like you're wearing an extra layer. They don't roll up your legs. They are FANTASTIC. Placed a new order in April, the package never made it to me, sent an email to their enquiries address and within 12 hours I had an apology, my full order reposted at no cost to me. There was no long drawn out process. I can't recommend this company enough 💖

May 01,2024Tights that actually fit at last!! And in colours! Ive recommended to so many friends. And just started wearing the adjustable strap bra top- great! And comes in colours too. Great service and communication on sizing. Please could you do a burnt orange 80denier as well! Thatd be amazing.

Apr 20,2024Truely terrible quality, 3 out of 5 of the pairs I have tried so far have ripped after one use. Really not happy with the quality, which is a shame because I loved the patterns and they fit really well. I wear tights pretty much everyday so definitely not worth my time or money if they're going to be single use. I definitely should have listened to the reviews about quality and not done such a big first order.

I will certainly be recommending them to anyone who wants to buy tights, especially larger ladies, who want to indulge themselves with a fishnet stocking or 2. I am so pleased i found this online store! I will certainly be making more use of them.

Apr 15,2024Just a note to say how fantastic your tights are! For years I wore tights from one of your well known rivals. Their tights I thought were great but eventually after washing they would lose their elasticity and constantly slide down. I am a health care assistant in a hospital and on my feet all day, I currently have one pair of your tights for work which I have had for a good few weeks now. These tights get washed every evening with my uniform and I wear them 5 days a week for an eight hour shift and the waist of them stays where I put it in the morning all day long! Also on a couple of occasions my dog has grabbed my tights and ran off with them (this is a game of hers where she with steals something of mine so that I play chase with her), I have dreaded taking them from her as I have been sure they would have a rip in them but no they are pristine still! So thank you better tights, your tights truly are the BETTER tights!

Apr 07,2024I switched from Snag to Better tights as the quality of Snag has gone downhill and have never had a bad experience until I contacted customer services via email. I bought several pairs of the same size in the past and wore the 150 denier for the first time after a more recent purchase a couple of weeks after buying them and they fell down. I had to go into the toilets of various pubs while I was out with friends as they were falling down so ended up contacted customer services, Daisy dealt with it, asked me to take a photo with my other pair that fit me in the same size , turned out the 150 were longer and slightly wider. Instead of offering me a free pair to replace them I was offered a discount of 50% on my next pair!! I bought 2 pairs as well. I told her I'd bought the same size as usual, I expected them to fit and that I didn't want to buy another pair at a discounted price but a replacement for free as they were much bigger. I never received a reply and the whole situation has put me off buying from this company.

Apr 04,2024Really like Better Tights, really comfortable and wash well, and I think are also better priced than their competitor. I don’t find the tights as long or cover your entire torso like the other brand. The only thing I’d love Better Tights to do is pop a label in with the sizing (and perhaps even denier rating). I vary in sizes due to fluctuating weight, and also keep hold of my tights for ages, but I lose track of what size each pair is. I know there is a little colour thread along the waistband, but I can never remember which colour means which size. Apart from that, I love ‘em and recommend them to my friends!

Mar 13,2024I love the range of colors! I grabbed several different denier count styles and have only worn one, so far, but look forward to wearing them all. They are soft and comfortable. The length is just right, too. (No saggy crotch!)

Mar 12,2024Been buying better tights for a few years now and they never disappoint. Tights aren’t made anywhere else like them. They are easy to put on, easy to wear and durable. They rarely ladder and are robust. The fitting and sizing is great and there is just enough lycra to keep them holding fresh all day. I’ve recommended you to others and will never buy a pair of tights anywhere else!

Mar 03,2024Great tights, I had been struggling to find tights that are the right stretch and don't sit on or below the belly, so much so I described it as the plight of the tights! Came across " better tights" who were well priced and tried one pair, very happy with the fit and quality so went back and bought 3 more pairs. So glad I found "better tights"!

Jun 11,2024I cannot comment on the quality of the actual tights as I never received them (Order from 7 April). My experience with customer service was incredibly poor and I was told to check myself with dhl to find out what happened. No refund was offered so I lost my money. Will stick to that other company which has brilliant customer service. Edit: After opening a case, the money was finally refunded to me by Paypal.
