I had issue with my shipping address. The customer service (sorry I forgot her name) was very pleasant to talk to, listened to my problem, tried to help as much as she could, and my problem is resolved. Overall a very good experience. Keep up the good work!

I sometimes find it difficult to order just one item at a time via the subscription Avenue. I don’t always want to wade through multiple offers of other products and quantities. In addition, I have not been able to order the anti aging sunscreen for several months and have moved to another manufacturer. I do enjoy a number of products.

I've tried several products but it's on me that I haven't stuck with them long enough to notice a difference. What really stands out to me though, is the lip enhancer lip gloss--in rose. BHMD first offered it on sale in Mauve, which was too dark for my taste, but oh man, I *loved* its consistency, shine and lasting power. It blows other glosses out of the water! So now I'm never without one for my purse & one for the bathroom. Incredible stuff!!

I love the eyebrow enhancer! It took a couple of months but my eyebrows look much better! I would definitely recommend this!

I was a bit skeptical of this in the beginning, but the ingredients are things we all need to include in our diet, so I gave it a try. I started seeing improvement in my skin in the first month so I got my husband to start it as well. I've seen improvements in my face and neck and my husband's thin fall skin is much more supple and resilient; some of his friends have even noticed a change in his skin. I signed up for automatic shipments so I'm never without this again. It's worth every penny.

The fact I have to click "no thanks" to other items no less than 7 times in order to place my order is extremely annoying and an attempt at a money grab. I like your product but this click bait is terrible. Are you hoping the customer will accidently click on this? Change this feature. If I wanted other products, I'd search and place them in my cart.

I love these skin care products. I have sensitive skin and I never have to worry about putting anything from BHMD on my face or any other part of my body. My only request would be for sunscreen and tinted moisturizer. Please consider adding these products.
