BEX quickly responded to my questions, repaired my sunglasses and sent them back to me good as new. Seriously, the process was that easy. It was a great experience to deal with a company that not only stood behind their product 100%, but a company that values their customers 100% as well. Thank You BEX!

Nov 22,2018I figured when you buy a pair of $130 glasses they would last longer before you lose a screw. Then to find out you do provide replacement screws but are completely sold out in black and it’s been roughly 2 months now. Had the glasses for about two weeks when they came apart.

Nov 21,2018Very timely on shipping order once placed. Wish you had a little more selection for attire for the season. Hoodies, Fleece 1/4 Zips or Long Sleeved Shirts. Your Tees are great quality and comfortable fit. Just looking for some quality holiday gifts for friends and family.

Nov 21,2018I would give BEX 10 stars if possible. I had an earpiece break and was amazed how quickly and easily I received my replacement. Did not like having to pay for an extra insurance amount but the service made up for that.

Nov 20,2018The package cost an additional $2.50 from the USPS before I was able to pick up my nose pieces that fall off too frequently along with the $3.47 for original shipping. . I emailed customer service and there staff could use some customer service skills.
