Nov 11,2022Customer service is a joke, may as well not have one. Given 1 star as can't give 0! Products not fit for purpose and customer service totally unresponsive. Trust Pilot asks for date of experience this has been ongoing for over a year but can only enter a date. DON'T BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS Collection, Kinder, Virine, Kohlongaz, Global, Celsi, Flavel or Portway.

Nov 05,2022As I suspected most of the positive reviews are from companies who obtain supplies from them so it is not in their interest to be negative. My experience is very different. I have tried to engage with them 3-4 times to discuss purchasing a new fire without success. They simply ignore you Finally a reply ! Surely it was not provoked by the review.

Oct 25,2022I purchased a new gas fire, Flavel strata, and the manufacturer made it impossible to access support even though the fire is sold with a 7-year guarantee. The guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on.

We have had all sorts of issues which have been getting resolved fairly quick. They really support the showrooms which then enables them to provide a good service to their customers. They cover a wide range of products all come with very good warranty and service.
