May 31,2024Applied to them to consolidate some debt. I was told everything looked good and received estimated payment. Then received an email with the could not move forward. Didn’t get a phone call or anything as common courtesy. Communication is an excellent tool maybe your employees need to learn how to use it and have some common courtesy. I have no bad credit and never get denied for anything. I called to see why and they won’t talk to me I guess it’s a blessing because those people are like sharks. I guess since I’m not a good victim for some reason, no need to talk to me. You say to reach out however, you cannot get to anyone that can tell you anything! Your response is very patronizing and you make it seem like you all are good people! Stay away from this company you will thank me later!
