I strongly advise against purchasing anything from BHuman. My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare, filled with broken promises, endless delays, and outright unprofessionalism. I purchased their software on a Friday, expecting the setup process to be quick and straightforward, as promised. Instead, I have been subjected to over 65 emails of back-and-forth, with no resolution to my issue. Despite repeatedly being told that my account would be activated within specific timelines (ranging from “an hour” to “end of day”), every single deadline has been missed without explanation. Here’s a summary of my experience: 1. BHuman AI Studio: This took over 18 hours to set up after purchase—a completely unacceptable delay. When I finally gained access, the software was riddled with bugs and nearly unusable. Despite seeing some potential in the product, the execution was so poor that it became a frustrating waste of time. 2. BHuman Persona: Hoping for a better experience, I purchased their Persona product. It’s now been over five days, and I still don’t have access. I’ve provided all the necessary documentation, including proof of purchase, and followed every step they’ve asked of me. Yet, the issue remains unresolved, and I’ve received no clear explanation for what’s causing the delay. 3. Customer Support: Their “support” is laughable at best. Most responses come from an AI persona pretending to be helpful, but no actual solutions are provided. When I requested a direct phone number to escalate the issue, they refused, citing “company policy.” Instead, they offered a link to schedule Office Hours—a clear attempt to push the problem further down the road. 4. Lack of Transparency: I’ve repeatedly asked for a detailed explanation of the technical issues causing these delays. I want to know:       •   What is the problem?       •   Is this issue specific to my account, or is it system-wide?       •   What steps are being taken to fix it? Despite my requests, I’ve received no clear answers—just vague reassurances that they’re “actively monitoring” the situation. At this point, I’m left wondering if this company is even legitimate. Their inability to resolve a seemingly simple issue after so many emails and days of waiting feels like a scam. The lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism is appalling. If you’re considering buying BHuman’s products, don’t. You’ll waste your time, money, and sanity dealing with a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. There are far better, more reliable alternatives out there. Avoid BHuman at all costs. Rating: 1/5 – Only because 0/5 isn’t an option.

Very fustrated with BHuman. We have been paying for over a year for the service. In the past month their system has had a glitch which disabled our automated videos from sending. After finding such glitch it turns out their system actually deleted our videos / our data. We are now fighting them to get the data restored and repeated emails to Don (Manager) are ignored - minus the automatic AI Email responses. The customer service is unwilling to refund the downtime and is just playing games in all honesty. I expect Don to jump on a call with me to discuss the issues and downtime and resolve this.

Pathetic experience. Don't share your card details. Im on a free account. Yet somehow they are charging my card every single month. And because Im technically on a free account, I don't even have the option to cancel my subscription. I have emailed the founder himself multiple times. He replied once and has also not bothered to save the problem. Edit: I have just sent another email to the founder to disable my account. My account as sent with screenshots to the team shows it is on a free plan, yet debits are happening.

Ich nutze sowohl das Tool AI-Studio als auch Persona von BHuman. Beide Tools funktionieren äußerst gut und ermöglichen Marketing auf einem ganz anderen Niveau. Einer meiner Personas imitiert etwa meinen Schreibstil und hat einen großen Fundus an Grundwissen, dass ich ihm bereitgestellt hat und antwortet voll automatisiert auf eingehende E-Mails oder informiert mich, wenn eine E-Mail nicht zweifelsfrei beantwortet werden kann. Man kann alles genau nach seinen Wünschen einstellen. Schlicht einfach der Wahnsinn und klasse!

I subscribed to the product because I wanted to use Leadr—a feature for automating personalized messages on LinkedIn—which never worked. This led to a series of problems: 1. I subscribed to Leadr but couldn't use it. Support told me my account needed a complete upgrade with an additional fee of $39 per month plus the Leadr subscription. If I couldn't use it, why was I allowed to subscribe? 2. The Leadr functionality NEVER worked. I was never able to use it. Support always stalls, saying they will resolve it within 24 hours, which has never happened. This has been going on for almost a month. 3. I've given up waiting and am now trying to get a refund, but the support no longer responds at all. 4. After spending about $60 on a product that doesn't work, the app is now completely down, and I can't even access the dashboard to cancel. Don't use it. Nothing there works as advertised. It is a very early version of a product that never progressed and has now apparently become a scam for its own customers. --- Update: After days of attempting to contact support, only a fraction of what I paid was refunded. According to them, only the Leadr did not function correctly. I was worn down by the ordeal.

The “Persona” AI’s ability to handle routine customer inquiries is commendable, effectively reducing the workload on our customer service team. AI Studio is super cool! Made videos for my clients, and they all thought I made each one just for them. It’s like magic how it changes my face and voice to say their names and stuff. Super easy to use too. Only thing is, sometimes the voice sounds a bit weird. I asked the support about this and they recommend I try the voice picker. I haven’t tried this yet, but hoping this will make the voice better for my accent (I’m from south of england). Overall though, love it!

I’ve been using AI Studio for a few months for my small business. It’s pretty good at making lots of videos quickly that look like they’re just for one person. Adding names and company details is a neat feature. The setup was okay, not too hard. The videos are mostly good, but sometimes the voice doesn’t sound very natural, which can be off-putting. Also, it would be great if there were more options for customizing the videos. Support is helpful but not always fast. Overall, it’s a useful tool if you need personalized marketing videos.

I run an ecom store and decided to try BHuman. Setting up my persona clone was not too hard, and it started working right away. The AI chats with customers and answers their questions, which saves me a lot of time. Most customers seem to like it, but a few have said it's a bit robotic especially the voice in Spanish. Their live chat is helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response when the developers need to look into an issue. Overall, it’s a good tool, especially if you’re busy and need help talking to customers.

I'm not a tech guy by any stretch of the imagination lol, but I decided to give BHuman a try on my blog. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! The setup was pretty quick and in no time it felt like I had my own little clone assistant. It's been great at answering readers' basic queries, which gives me more time to focus on writing. Sometimes, it doesn't quite get the tone right, and I've had to jump in to clarify things or add more info to its knowledgebase so it can learn. Well it's been a learning journey for both me and the AI. If you're running a blog or a small site, BHuman can be an asset. Oh and shoutout to Sherief for his help!!!

As an AI consultant I've had extensive experience with various solutions, all claiming to be the next big thing. I’ve implemented the Persona app across multiple client sites, I've observed its capability to streamline customer interactions with a high degree of personalization. The AI's learning curve is impressive, rapidly adapting to the unique needs of each business. Additionally, the back-end support is top-notch, with the team providing in-depth analytics that assist in fine-tuning the AI's responses. The only drawback I've noticed is its occasional struggle with highly technical queries, which, though minor, can be an area for future enhancement. Helps a lot with basic stuff like questions you get asked over and over again, but sometimes gets a bit confused with weird questions. Still, totally worth it!

First and foremost, the functionality of the software was terrible. It was riddled with bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies that made it virtually unusable. Tasks that should have been simple became time-consuming chores, and the promised features were either nonexistent or barely functional. It was clear that the developers had rushed the product to market without proper testing or refinement. Adding insult to injury, bhuman continued to deduct money from my account long after I had canceled my subscription. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team and resolve the issue, I was met with silence. Emails went unanswered, support tickets languished in limbo, and phone calls led to dead ends. It was as if they had washed their hands of me as soon as they had my money. This whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did bhuman fail to deliver on its promises, but its lack of accountability and customer service made matters even worse. I strongly advise anyone considering this software to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and frustration – this is truly the worst experience I've ever had with a software company.
