I ordered a project in February that was ignored and not even done until I called. Then it was finally sent months later and it was done incorrectly. It did not look like the original, with borders cut off and missing text. This was a gift and was supposed to be a surprise that was monumentally ruined. You barely apologized when I called to tell you I never received the product. I have been emailing and calling to have this issue resolved. I just called now 5/14/2022, and you (Mark Alper) told me you couldn’t hear me and that you’ll call me back. Knowing that it’s me calling and you just didn’t want to deal with me or the issue at hand. No call. I have been extremely patient. I don’t think anyone would have been civil with you the way I have been, given the delay, confusion, and terrible service. I have wasted time and money. You won’t resolve the issue, nor will you refund my money. What happened to your “unparalleled customer service”? It’s non-existent. Shame on you for ignoring me and taking money for nothing. Basically, you’re a charlatan.
I'm not sure what happened, but I ordered a small canvas print (10x10- ONE ITEM!) on Feb 4th and 2 months later I didn't even get the print OR refunded. I had asked multiple times what the status of the order was, and at first it was on back order, then he was telling me to change it to acrylic and insisted I change the coloring. I am truly disappointed because we did talk a few times, and he had me believe at one point it was coming, then it never showed. DO not use this, no matter how good the price might look. Its not worth the hassle
Customer service is run by the CEO, which is a mistake. He doesn't know how to deal with customers in a professional manner. I bought a 42x28 print (3:2 aspect ratio) that would fit in between the trim lines of a feature wall in our house. I sent an image that was cropped to 3:2, but for some reason his software wanted to crop it further, quite significantly. So, I chose the NO CROP option. For some reason, they decided since I said NO CROP they should send me a 48x32" print (note: also 3:2 ratio) which doesn't fit in my space. When I told him about it he asked me to send a picture of the space. I did that and he said it looks fine. Really, that's the response - it looks fine to him? Our last communication was when he said "nobody ever complained about it being too big before, lol." So, LOL, I'm going somewhere else for the next few prints I'm ordering, somewhere that knows what customer service is. 2*s because the print is very nice. Would have been 5*s if it had been the right size and I didn't need their "customer service".
One star is too much for this crappy company. As noted by other customers the owner is rude and would not help with our issue. The picture came in the wrong size and is VERY dull. We sent an amazing image and the print that we received looks like garbage. Yes the owner is his own customer service representative and he is beyond rude. Clearly other people have had the same issues from the reviews that I am now reading. I wish i had checked before I gave him my $200. I would not purchase from this company, he is running a scam!!!!! Clearly from his response below he does not know how to treat customers nor does he know how to spell. Read the reviews and decide for yourself...I'm not the only one with the same complaint.
The owner, who also acts as customer service, is rude and unprofessional. When I emailed a complaint about the quality of the product he never once expressed any level of concern for my issue, nor did he attempt to come up with a solution. Rather he immediately started blaming me for the problem. Ultimately we were unable to come to any level of agreement and I am just stuck with a bad product. Had he apologized for my dissatisfaction, that would have at least been something! But no, instead he yelled at me when I sent a follow up email. Of the two prints I ordered, one is unusable. The other is fine, but in general these prints do not feel or look substantial. They are quite light weight and feel rather cheap. Shop at your own risk!
Over several yearsI have made many orders from Big Acrylic and I am very satisfied. They are very creative and have an eye for creating new techniques. I strongly endorse them! Bad customer service. The owner of the company has a bad temper and should not be in customer service. They sent me emails saying my vertical logo didn’t fit on the acrylic. Go figure . So I asked if they could make it fit and never heard back. Then I tried to reorder.... vertical again. Then the owner called me and yelled at me. I then asked to cancel the orders. They have not gone into production. He said NO. I would NEVER order from this company again. He also seems to respond to all negative reviews as if they are a competitor. I am not a competitor. Just a person trying to buy acrylic prints.
I ordered five acrylic prints, the largest at 40x60. They arrived dull with a muted greenish tint. It’s not a matter of taste or being picky, the prints themselves are not color accurate. I spoke to Mark several times and the best they’d do to correct the problem is sell me new prints at 20% off. Bad product, bad customer service. I’d go elsewhere.
I ordered a small brushed aluminum print from these guys to see how it would turn out before I ventured into larger prints. there are several companies I found online who do aluminum prints, but these guys seemed to have something different with their brushed metal. The print turned out so cool, I'm planning on ordering more in larger formats now. I'm very pleased. the print was shipped in a protected box and arrived safely.
Order a Large Acrylic print with a floating frame. Time to ship took a long time and communication during the process was poor. Kept checking and most times did not get a response. Finally the print shipped, It looks great as far as the end product. Problem was that they shipped DHL which is horrible in the US. The print came in damaged, looked like DHL ran a fork lift thru the box, and broke the acrylic. Box was tapped up so the shipping company knew they had damaged it but still delivered it. Contacted Big Acrylic via 4 emails and 2 phone messages and never received any follow up. Customer Service is terrible. I love the print if it wasn't damaged. I would not use or suggest using this company. Really sad but that's the risk you take ordering off the internet with what appears to be a very small printing company.
If you are looking for a company to send you your print a full month after you order it, this is the company for you. When I finally got my print, I looked at the shipping manifest which said it was send 4 weeks after I originally ordered it. Not only that but they have horrible customer service. They would rather loose a customer than take responsibility for the late delivery.

Mark and his crew have consistently provided my small business with high quality acrylic and metallic prints. Customers are blown away by the depth of color and "expensive look" of the acrylics and the white metal used for B&W prints is the best look I seen in years! With over 60 medium and large sized float mounted prints ordered and delivered, I've only had a couple of minor problems, but they were handled very quickly and professionally. All in all, Big Acrylic is far and away the best source I've found for these products
