These guys are rip off try to charge me $10 service charge as an online said they had it. They didn’t have it and I canceled order to get from a store that had items This has happened like four times with these guys do not buy from these guys.

Sent a damaged car - approached seller and said it was less than perfect - his responce? "tell your Son we don't sell perfect cars" Great customer service hey! So, if you want a damaged car - make sure to buy from bigboystudios - as by their own admission, they will happily and knowingly sell "less than perfect" goods - their words, not mine...

The works are very knowledgeable but the exchange policy on an unopened package from the online store is a joke. They start counting the exchange the second it arrives at the store. Not when you pick it up. I ordered the wrong part and they wouldn’t let me exchange it. Be wary of purchasing anything here. Better off buying stuff on Amazon.

They don’t use unique pictures for their items, so you’re likely to receive an item in worse condition than what you see on their website. They also send everything in a mailer and not a box, so it’s likely to arrive broken since not properly protected for shipping. In addition they sometimes sell figures that have undisclosed reproduction parts. They sell them as complete and authentic and charge above eBay prices. Their customer service is also notoriously bad and they are rude when you communicate with them. Avoid.

Very happy with the quality of the figures I ordered and the care that was taken to ship them to me. I'm differently recommending Big Boy Collectibles to my collector friends.

I’m giving them 1 star because 0 isn't an option, first I paid for 1 day shipping on a Thursday night, they didn’t process my item in time to send it out on Friday despite sending me 2 separate emails and a text all confirming my item “had shipped” and “your order is on its way” with tracking numbers. When I called the company to find out why on Monday the item that had been “shipped” the previous Friday was still waiting for ups pickup. Jose V tried to tell me that they don’t offer 1 day shipping, basically calling me a liar when I told him I paid for 1 day shipping, I emailed a screenshot of their website with the more expensive option for 1day. Jose got quiet real fast and put Kim on the line (either the supervisor or owner). Kim’s customer service response was basically tothreaten to cancel the order because I was being difficult, she said that the order had only been processed even admitted that they made a mistake by sending me emails and said that she would have a talk with her shipping department because “people like you read to much into the email saying it’s been shipped” but was absolutely unwilling to refund the $2.15 in shipping difference and just continued to say you’re being difficult so I’ll just cancel your order and you can get your money refunded. With all the other option out there I wouldn’t ever use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy, I feel like the charged me a more expensive shipping charge then they actually used (charged for 1 day paid for normal) and pocketed the difference for a bit of extra revenue, scammers and scalpers, nothing more. I’m sure they’ll respond with som B.S. and have a completely different story but luckily I have my emails and text as confirmation. **EDIT** according to their response their “sorry I feel this way” but that’s apparently that’s not sorry enough to refund $2.13 after failing to live up to their own policy and charge.

I ordered a brand new sealed Merman masters of the universe for $28 from this site on November 14. I received the item on December 1. When I notified customer service that my item was received open and unsealed Jose V at big boy collectibles wrote that he would not be able to replace my merman. He sent me a return label and stated that i needed to send my item back to get a refund. I never asked for a refund or a return label. All I asked is for what I paid for which is not what I received. Since the item is no longer sealed it has lost all of its future collectors value. He also stated that he was not responsible for the way usps delivers. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and told him my associates and I will no longer do any business with this company. Ridiculous.

Bigboycollectibles is awesome my item shipped in 1 day im still waiting for it now but i only ordered it 2 days ago I will definitely order off this site again.

I pre-ordered my item in October. My money was taken almost immediately. I reached out to them for shipment information and was told that my order would be in stock and be shipped in December. It's the middle of December and I still have not heard a received any further information. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

I have to say I was not very happy with my experience. My 2 stars is only because I haven't dealt with this company in the past but here is my experience. I pre-ordered a product in June. The product hit a lot of store shelves sometime Between September and October. I got no word from them. I finally checked their site and the product wasn't even listed any more. I ordered the same product two days ago from a competitor and its already being shipped. It would have been nice for them to give me some kind of notice that the product was delayed or they weren't carrying it so I could get my money back. Seemed a bit shady to me.

I can’t say that the company is perfect, because we ordered toys for children, and everything was fine, and when I advised this service to my brother, they started to have delays and lack of goods, so 3

Fast shipping and excellent customer service. This is definitely a trusted source for my toy hobby! I made an error on the shipping address of my order and they responded and took care of it on a holiday weekend!
