Nov 29,2023The website is easy to navigate and the prices reasonable for the quality … in my opinion it’s all let down by super slow delivery …. yes it’s free but in all honesty I would rather pay for shipping and have the merchandise sooner rather than later … hence not full marks.

Nov 29,2023Always a pleasure to shop at Big Laces. I have been ordering over the years replacement laces for my Clarks boots which either won’t stay tied or snap. The BL replacements are so much superior and generally last the life of the boots. The website is well presented giving relevant information and the delivery is efficient and fast.
