I was offered a full refund without quibble if I did not want to wait for them to arrive. Excellent customer service from Dave, thank you. Used many times in the past and will continue in the future. Highly recommended.

Jan 11,2023When one of the laces on a pair of boots broke I couldn't find a pair of laces that were long and thin enough until I found the Big Laces website. Thanks to the postal strike they took three weeks to arrive (or I would have given 5 stars), but now that they have I'm delighted that they fit and I can wear my boots again.
