Mar 14,2022It was dissappointing. It's only worth 2 CEUs, but it took me the good part of four days to get through it. It repeated the same thing over and over and over and over .......................again. There are tons of questions throughout which are really well written and easy but the exam questions are nothing like that. They are over obscure things they mentioned one time, have poor wording and don't really test your knowledge. I took 14 pages of notes and I still got 5 questions wrong. I passed but I would have liked the opportunity to see what questions I got wrong because there were a few I wrote down that were poorly worded or had no correct answers to choose from, that I could tell with my notes. There was good information given, but it was repeated continuously and not part of the compentecy quiz at the end. Overall, it wasn't worth the cost.

The information was presented in a clear concise way, and the voice over helped me engage better with the material, too.
