It was a very small amount but the most important part is that he made it happen, came through in every way. He answered my calls, he followed up with me multiple times a day to make sure I received all my documents, etc. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because the amount that was approved was not the amount that was wired transfered into my account. It was short about $400 less than what we spoke about, but if it was accurate amount I would have definitely given a 5 star for service, time management and customer service was great.
