We are very happy with the items we have purchased, two items in person at festivals and one online. Packaging is excellent in branded black /gold foiled velvet pocket or sturdy branded box.

Originally, I had actually ordered the ring to the wrong address, and the person who was sorting this out had so much patience and was extremely helpful with getting my ring to me. This was accompanied by a general friendliness in the responses I received.😊😊

My order disappeared from delivery company but customer service was excellent they sent replacement with different company which arrived the next day for valentines. The ring was beautifully packaged and is excellent quality. I shall be purchasing more as my husband was over the moon with it.

Apr 15,2023Took almost a week to dispatch the ring, Oli was extremely slow to answer emails, I returned the ring because it was too large in sheer size even though it fitted my finger. Returned ring was delivered and it took over a week for Oli to issue my refund. Very very very poor service!
