Jan 04,2023i cant speak for other service providers but black owl have a ticket system that is prompt and they get onto issues very quickly putting resources into solving the client errors or concerns. I have never had an issue that remained outstanding for long - a credit to the staff and set up at BO. long may it continue.

I was delighted with the laptop recommended which I subsequently purchased and was thrilled with the laptop that arrived today. I was also pleased old files from my previous laptop were transferred across to my new laptop without any issues. Would highly recommend Black Owl and will certainly use them again in the future.

Mar 20,2021I cannot speak highly enough of Tim and his standard of work. He has done work on my laptop and the service was very prompt. He charged reasonable rates and the quality of work was excellent. On top of this he always cleans the key board and screen. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
