However, the gentleman who came to take measurements and negotiate the price was lovely and knew how to approach customers in a kind and professional manner. Overall, my blinds arrived exactly as I ordered, with the correct color and design. The customer service is excellent — someone is always ready to answer the first call and respond to your needs.
