Bluebell Photo Scanning Services, is a new service provided by our umbrella group, Bluebell Office Services Limited. We can restore and convert your old photos, slides and film negatives into jpg or bmp digital images and transferred onto various media formats (DVD, USB Data Stick, SD card, Dropbox etc.)
We also provide audio/visual conversions for VHS, Betamax, various Camcorder formats and audio tape formats, and turned into mp3, avi or mp4 digital formats.

The customer service was exceptional, we were continually updated and the turnaround speed was very impressive. And for great value. The entire family are really impressed with the results, which are contributing to helping a close family member cope with dementia.

The films dated back to the 60s so we’re old, Russell did an excellent job! I would certainly recommend him to anyone if they had precious films to convert. He explained the processes he would follow to copy over a collection of our old video and audio tapes onto data stick or CD (our choice). They picked up and dropped off too which was a great help. The cost was very reasonable too. I would definitely use them again. A great family run company 😀

My experience reflects the numerous positive feedbacks already recorded. Russell was professional and courteous throughout , updating in detail weekly. His customer service and attention to detail was second to none, supported by his wife Jeanette. Prices were very fair given the work involved and the customer satisfaction policy that followed. Nov 13,2022Russel has helped me out twice. Once putting two old vhs tapes to a usb stick and recently eight video 8 tapes to usb. The results in both cases were exceptional. The images were brighter, cleaner and distortion free. The hours of work necessary to produce these results were in no way reflected in Russell’s cheap prices. His customer service is superb and I can definitely recommend Bluebell Office Services.

Russell's prices are below average, but his service and results are miles above. Regular updates made for brilliant communication. Will be back in future.

Aug 25,2022We called upon the services of Bluebell photo scanning after I found our original video wedding shortly before of 20th anniversary. Both myself and hubby and just returned from holiday and tested positive for covid19 but I desperately wanted to be able to watch our wedding video on our anniversary with our daughter who had never seen it. I contacted Russell and nothing was a problem, he arranged to have the video picked up from us (all with covid protocols in place) and returned back to us all digitally converted on a dvd and usb within a week and for a very reasonable price We received regular emails too so we knew what was happening. I would happily use this service again and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who requires this service. Thanks again Russell and Jeanette.

Jul 14,2022I asked these guys to see if they could transfer data from a 16 old brick of a hard drive onto a device I could access them from. They worked tirelessly to do this for me, keeping me fully informed every step of the way. I am now the proud owner of an iPod with several thousand old photos more than a few thousand music files, home videos and other files I had completely forgotten about. I can’t thank them enough for all the time sweat and tears they dedicated to this task for me. I have regained my entire music history and my childrens early lives. The price for doing all this was unbelievably reasonable and I expected them to charge far more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thankyou so much .

The picture and sound quality was excellent given the age of the video. Russell was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process.
