Sep 02,2019I ordered a school bag from this company which took a few weeks to be delivered and I had to pay €20 in customs charges when I received it. I posted that on this site and the company refunded the extra charges very quickly and also emailed to apologise. The bag is authentic and arrived in perfect condition. This company definately need to work on their customer service but my problem did get sorted.

Aug 29,2019As the website and address suggest this is a UK company I assumed my bag would be arriving from UK. When it did arrive, 11 days after it was ordered, it came from Israel and so I was liable for customs charges of €20. When I looked at the site and went into the shipping and returns I see that the price I was quoted does not include customs charges. I feel this is very dishonest: its a UK website and address, my price was quoted in euros, I was told shipping was free and at no point in the ordering and tracking process are you told that custom charges apply. It's only when I trawled around the website that I found that information. I will not order from this company again.

Aug 26,2019Ho ordinato due paia di scarpe e dopo un mese ne è arrivato solo uno. Ho scritto un'email e devo ammettere che hanno risposto subito - motivo per cui non ho dato solo 1stella. Dopo le opportune verifiche (ho mandato l'etichetta del pacco arrivato), ho ricevuto in giornata il rimborso (mi hanno anche detto che avrebbero potuto rispedire, ma non volevo aspettare ulteriormente). Il rimborso non è stato totale: ne hanno approfittato e non rimborsato lo sconto he avevo ottenuto. Per carità, quattro euro, ma non è lo stesso corretto. In sintesi, non consiglio il sito: tempi biblici per pagare pochi euro in meno e non sapere fino all'ultimo se si deve o meno pagare la dogana (informazioni ambigue sul sito).

Aug 20,2019Hallo, nie wieder Blueberry. Sonnenbrille Prada vor drei Wochen 02.08.19 bestellt. Bis heute keine Lieferung. Auf Nachfrage mehrfach Mail erhalten, ich solle bei der Deutschen Post selber nachforschen. Tracking Informationen absolut mangelhaft. Letzte Tracking Info vom 10.08, dass das Paket angeblich an DHL übergeben sei. Bei DHL liegt aber laut Anfrage nichts vor. Weder Daten noch Paket. Finger weg von Blueberry. Unternehmen hat letzte Frist erhalten, ansonsten übergebe ich das Ganze einem Anwalt. Thorsten

Aug 16,2019Spedizione in Italia terribile. La spedizione non avviene assolutamente in una settimana, dopo tre settimane il pacco é ancora in viaggio e chissà quanto tempo ancora resterà in dogana. Per risparmiare qualche euro ho provato ad acquistare su questo sito; non lo rifarò e alla consegna non sarò piú presente all’indirizzo indicato per la spedizione pertanto, non ritirando il pacco, chiederò un rimborso totale.
