It was not transparent and consequently misleading. It was so obvious to me to assume that the estimate included the installation of the gazebo. Then they said the installation is not included. Big disappointment. Unfortunately your response to the review is not professional and what is said is not true. If necessary I will post our text communications.

Mani was very prompt, professional and straightforward, very accessible to answer questions. Omid, the technician, also very professional and skilled . Our space was slightly small for the gazebo we ordered but Omid looked for options to problem solve and he was able to complete the job and install the gazebo to our satisfaction . Great service overall at a reasonable price .

No time wasted just straight to business and as a new homeowner I really appreciate that as I’m juggling a lot at home with work and my active toddler. I had a fantastic experience with this company and will definitely use them again. I needed an outdoor playset assembled and Mani scheduled it immediately, committed to completing the project within a day, offered very competitive pricing, and kept me updated throughout the process. Omid assembled the playset with great ease, technical expertise and efficiency. He was polite, kind, and professional. It was a smooth, easy and pleasant experience! I highly recommend this company. They responded to me within minutes of requesting the job and had a person at my house within an hour to replace a shower head. The person they sent was Omid and he was professional, courteous and very fast. He did an excellent job and finished the job in 15-20 mins. I will definitely use this company again. They saved the day!
