Jan 15,2020I was dealing with Matthew, who over the course of a week was relentless in finding the right holiday, with the right prices to suit my families needs. He was very easy to contact, always polite and very helpful. I also like that he is still willing to help me in the future in regards to my holiday. Usually when booking a holiday travel agents just want the payment but Matthew has informed me that he will help with any small or big problems(hopefully none🤔) going forward which is nice to know. I really appreciate his help as I didn't really know where I was booking and he found a lot of places around Europe to give me options. Thank you for all your help.
