Jan 27,2016I rang BMI solutions for advice on what scanner to choose. I spoke to Rob who directed me towards a newer more efficient model than the one I had in mind. Received it on the day required and Rob suggested I call him for remote set up as it was important to get the settings right from the start. He was very helpful, installed the software and made all the necessary connections and away we went ... brilliant! I was very pleased with the service I received and am happy and confident I can now crack on with my scanning with no more ado. Would recommend BMI unreservedly.

Rob and Lisa have given me support and advice throughout these purchases, a complete professional, knowledgeable service in a friendly manner. Aug 21,2015I bought an Epson scanner from BMI Solutions and while considering my order I initially phoned them on a Saturday afternoon about 4pm, yet expecting an answer machine.. But their most helpful Director answered the phone and couldn't do enough to help me in every way. Since my purchase their after sales service is also exceptional and they also helped me get a special offer that was available from Epson too. Probably the most Professional, Conscientious and Caring company that I have had the pleasure to deal with.

Aug 18,2015I phoned BMI and spoke with Lisa late on a friday afternoon. I outlined my requirements, and Lisa was knowledgeable and helpful. She directed me to the model of scanner that suited my budget and needs (essentially for high speed/high daily usage.) I accepted her advice and the scanner had been delivered to me by the following Monday lunchtime. The scanner is everything I hoped for and I was using it in earnest later that day! I'm also pleased with the price I paid and so I can't recommend BMI Solutions highly enough!

May 31,2015Ordered a Canon Image Formula DR-F120 and it never worked from receipt. Had I paid the £15 extra it cost on Amazon they would have taken the non-working machine and replaced with a new one. BMI instead directed me to Canon to rectify. Grrrreat NOT!

Apr 19,2011I ordered an Epson GT-2500 Plus Scanner and what I received was a standard GT-2500, I am still waiting on a resolution to this issue which is now into it's second week. I was told that the Scanner I had received was dispatched by mistake even though I have paid for the higher specification version, I have also been told that the Plus model was out of stock at the time of dispatch. Not impressed so far !!!!!!!!!!.

Mar 30,2011Often when a company offers the cheapest price their service is por and you end up regretting trying to save a few pounds. Not with bmisolutions. Cheapest price and next day delivery. Very impressed.

Mar 10,2011I called BMI solutions as I was having difficulty purchasing my scanner on amazon. they were very helpful and efficient and took my order immediately over the phone. It arrived ahead of schedule and they kept me update of the progress via emails. very happy with service and scanner. fujitsu scan snap S1500. highly recommend both

Mar 09,2011We had a need for a Quality Business Scanner. After reviewing BMI Solutions excellent and comprehensive website, I called their Customer Services department to enquire of stock levels of an Epson Scanner. I was informed that they had several in stock and it would be dispatched the same day; however the delivery would take approx 2-4 working days. We were not in a rush, so this was not an issue, but to my surprise the Scanner arrived the next day. Excellent Service, Speedy Delivery and at a Reasonable Price. Would definitely recommend BMI.

Mar 09,2011BMI Solutions were great, useful online information to select the product I wanted. I telephoned, ordered and was able to collect the same day as I was in the area; otherwise reassuring to know delivery would have been free of charge. Slight hitch with a phone payment having been put through on line which caused a few hassels with my bank but all easily sorted once we knew what the issue was. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

Mar 09,2011Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, quick enough to take your money but when it comes to delivering the goods it all went down hill. After two weeks of waiting and chasing for my goods I called and asked for them to return my money. There was no questions, no apologies, no service! Will never use again!

Mar 09,2011All companies have trouble keeping track of changing products but this was a blatant listing that was subsequently not honoured and the product returned. It was the delay and the attempt to fob off with lesser substitute that really annoyed us. But we got the refund in the end.

Oct 14,2016Was struggling to locate an Epson V800 scanner. Managed to pre-order one with BMI Solutions who dispatched one as soon as stocks became available. Scanner arrived in less than 24 hours. Excellent service, excellent price. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
