Callum very quickly resolved the situation sending the courier to collect that battery the next day and at the same time sorting the correct one I needed. All resolved in a couple of days. He was very kind, friendly and helpful in spite of being extremely busy at the time. Thank you Callum. I have purchased from BMS on several occasions now and have always found a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable voice on the phone- important to me as I know very little about vehicle parts. Mar 14,2025Had a faulty battery, which was still within warranty. I called BMS technologies Limited and after following the returns process they replaced my battery and got me back on the road within a couple of days. Excellent service would highly recommend.

While the process with BMS isn't the smoothest, Jake's exceptional customer service made all the difference. He transformed a tedious task into a seamless experience, instilling confidence and easing any tension. Kudos to Jake—some qualities can't be taught; you either have them or you don't!

Mar 11,2025Ordered a battery from their selection for the vehicle. Unfortunately the battery was too large to fit. Contacted Customer services and spoke to Jake. Extremely helpful and correct battery identified and delivered by APC 3 days later after paying price difference. Would have been 5 stars but for misleading fit recommendation. Have used previously with no problems and will certainly use again.

Mar 08,2025Placed my order for a car battery via their website 3pm on 03/03, received order confirmation and payment taken, 2pm on 06/03 still no battery received, phoned customer services who said there was no record of my order which was very odd considering I'd had confirmation and an order complete email, Connor asked me to email the order confirmation which I did and he would chase it up with the accounts team, 11am on 07/03 still heard nothing, phoned back up, all the retail people were busy apparently but Craig from trade said he would get Connor to contact me, 45 mins later received an email saying he was chasing it up internally, had enough by this point, requested cancellation and a refund. How my order can magically disappear I don't know, there was no urgency from Connor to sort this out or even a sorry for the inconvenience, all I wanted was my battery and for it to be delivered on time. Won't be using you again.

Mar 06,2025Best price at the time of searching the Internet, easy to order on the BMS website. I had one issue - as I ordered on the weekend I was aware that the service was Monday to Friday for delivery so was expecting a confirmation email from them on the following Monday, when I didn't receive it I gave them a call to query, my call was handled by Jake who assured me that he would have my issue investigated and within no time I received an email from them with confirmation and copy of the invoice (first class service) the battery was sent out for delivery on the Tuesday.

Apr 04,2025nice website, accurate description, good price and good communications advising delivery. there was an issue with the packaging in that it had been cut open in transit. The goods were undamaged and entirely there. Fed that back to BMS with a couple of pics and they responded with a thank you and will take it up with the courier service. Overall pleased with my purchase.
