I absolutely love Bockers & Pony. I live in the US and use them to send gifts to my friends in Melbourne for special occasions. The product is incredible as is the packaging. The customer service is the wonderful to work with and the online experience is really easy to use as well. My friends always adore their gifts which is why I will always continue to shop here. I provided very little notice to the Bockers and Pony team for delivery of a luxury gift box - the team were very helpful and assisted me so that the delivery arrived on time and they offered advice on pricing - a very pleasant experience

I've sent a number of B&P hampers now and every time they have been delivered on time and without incident and the recipients have absolutely loved them. B&P is my go-to for the celebration of any special occasion for the people closest to me. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I purchased a hamper online for my partner for Valentine’s Day. It was last minute as I was in hospital they delivered it to the hospital on the day!!!! My partner was so wrapped with his gift!!! The staff were so helpful and kind and made sure that Valentine’s Day was terrific for me. I will use them for all gifts from now on. I cannot thank them enough for all the help and support.

I ordered a hamper for a friends birthday. As I am overseas I wanted something special to arrive on the day. I paid extra postage however the parcel arrived late. It was really disappointing.

The gift I ordered did not arrive. No phone call to explain why. I paid a premium to ensure delivery and nothing. I have requested a full refund and still no word. Will never shop here again.
