They responded to all of our enquiries within the same day, which really put our minds at ease. As first time auction purchasers, it was a straight forward and smooth process. While their fees may be more expensive than other auctioneers, we appreciated their transparency throughout. If their fee was lower, I would have given them 5 stars but you get what you pay for. We would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you to James and the team!

I was astonished to discover that he had been addressing my queries while on annual leave. James went above and beyond in assisting me to secure the property, delivering a first-class service that greatly facilitated my post-auction acquisition. Perm Daley is another standout member of the team. Even before my offer was accepted, Perm proactively began preparing the necessary paperwork for the anticipated exchange of contracts. We encountered an unexpected issue, but Perm handled it expertly. Once my offer was accepted, we exchanged contracts within a few hours.
