After contacting a couple of other companies, we found Booking Destination Services Transport to be the most reasonably priced with the best communication. As soon as we landed, I checked my phone and there was already a text giving me information on our pick-up. Our driver stayed in contact with us the entire time and the whole process was as easy as can be.

I must say that the service offered by this company is of top quality: certainly one of the best I've encountered in the whole Mexico. Everything is clear, precise, convenient and up to the promise. I made two reservations for trips around Cancún and Quintana Roo. One has been already fulfilled, another one to come in a couple of days. The staff is very professional and attentive to detail. Salvador Ramos managed my reservations taking into account everything about my flights, travels and hotels, offering advice on structuring the trips in the most optimal way. Raquel Conde made my arrival to Cancun flawless.

Mar 12,2023Can I give 0 stars? We were told, by the representative, that we needed to be in the front lobby by 2p to get picked up to the airport. We were in the lobby at 12p, and went to the front to get picked up at 1:50p. I asked the bellman at the front if the transport had shown up, they told me no. By 2:30p we had not heard our name called, so I went to the DS representative and asked about our ride, he went and spoke with the bellman. He asked how long we had been at the front, they said since before 2p. Then, they gave him a paper note that stated we did not show up. The driver arrived and left before the designated time of pick up. So we had to pay for a taxi to take us to the airport. The representative gave me this email and said to provide the receipt for the payment of the taxi and your the company will refund us the money. Upon request of the refund we received a photo of a forged time slip, and were told to reach out to the resort about the dispute. Be aware they are just taking your money! Zero service.
