Mar 14,2024Disappointed with the outcome. £100 for a very basic cardboard covered paperback. Never written a book before & had no advice. Felt like my manuscript was just reprinted into 2 pieces of cardboard. Could have done it at home. The font was too small which I couldn’t make out until it arrived. When I tried to change anything I was told it would cost me extra. Surely with all the equipment & knowledge it could have been changed within the price. Taken me over 2 years to write & A few days to make it into a disappointing product

Mar 07,2024Customer support is very good and responsive = interface for booking the print runs is intuitive and straightforward, although it couldn't handle a print re-run because it didn't know how to deal with multi site delivery - not a problem though because the lovely Natalie in customer service sorted it quickly. Output is very high quality Little niggles - which is why they didn't get 5 stars 1. Their production times are 5-10 working days and you don't find that out until you have booked and paid for the print run. 2. Don't bother ringing - no one ever answers. Again. This is personal. I like to speak to a human. All comms are via the platform and or email. They will call you if there is a problem and their response times are very good.

Mar 20,2024From the moment I requested a quote to receiving my order their staff were amazing. Their attention to detail, customer service and follow up throughout the process was outstanding. During the process I dealt with two staff members, their prompt response to my questions and their quick action in order to make any amendments needed gave me the assurance and confidence I had chosen an excellent company to use. I had a tight deadline due to an upcoming event and they prioritised my order so it would be delivered on time. What more can I say but to highly recommend them.
