We believe in making special occasions that little bit more special.

Our journey started with the personalised Marshmallow, aka The Edible Selfie which launched in December 2014.

Since then we have launched an exploding card range! The original exploding card, the Boomf Bomb, bursts free from the envelope in a confetti shower and leaves you with a personalised photo cube.

Other products include the oh-so-cute Wild Card Collection, the flying Flutter Card and mouth watering Personalised Chocolate.

We aim to spread smiles and put the joy back into sending a card.

I've used boomf a few times now for various occasions with different products, normally all is good and the products are received in good time and are received well. This last time I opted for a Christmas card where I could provide my own words (scary thought) and unfortunately the card was not delivered at all. I reached out to boomf customer service a few days after the expected delivery date, no response. I tried the website contact us page and the chat option, which didn't turn out to be a chat... so I left messages. A few days later I finally received a reply to ask for the delivery address, so I double checked the address and confirmed back to boomf customer support. I was then informed that it's unfortunate, but the card appears to have been lost in the post. I was offered an option to resend or a 90 day coupon for the same card. Unfortunately, since it's the last few days before Christmas neither would be of any use, so I was left deflated. I'll probably use boomf again as the products are a nice surprise, but I'm really left let down by the customer service delays and lack of understanding for the situation.

The most efficient business going! Ordered early as a gift for early January as I was expecting there to be some Christmas time delay however it was next day delivery. Great service. Will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered a card, card was great but the flutter thing inside was broken. Two stars because it was a nice card, but main reason was for the flutter.

Was told it would be delivered a day before my mums birthday and it’s not arrived after waiting all day. She now does not have a birthday card for tomorrow. First time using this company and now worried my next card already paid for will also be late. Disappointed.
