Dec 14,2024Excellent service and fully recommend. Created the XL photo-book with numerous images and texts. Very easy software to use - intuitive and simple. The quality of the standard paper is excellent. Photo quality is fabulous particularly the old black and white photos from the 1960s. So pleasantly surprised at quality of these images when enlarged. Unobtrusive logo. Expensive but well worth it. So much better than expected!

Dec 14,2024Lost my order. The Huddersfield store in Kings Street has lost my order. I asked them to phone me as I ran out of time waiting which they did only to say they haven't received it and I was to contact customer services. After a long wait getting through to Customer services, they confirmed that the order had been received in store. Now I have to wait another week to receive my purchase and make another trip into town as they won't post it directly to me. This is the first time I've used Boots Photos and the last.

Dec 14,2024Very disappointed. Puzzle was very poor quality. Very thin cardboard and the pieces did not interlock well falling out easily with any movement . Very surprised a blue chip company like Boots would produce such low quality product.

Dec 14,2024Photos came out good enough quality and took 1 week to arrive which is reasonable. However they missed some photo's of my order which unfortunately were the most important ones for family frames coming up to Christmas. I will keep updated on how the issue is looked into. . Boots have resent quickly with the missing photo's , great response

Dec 11,2024The quality of the desk calendar is abysmal. It's supposed to stand up on a desk, but the cardboard section that supports it is made of the same cardboard as the rest of the calendar and isn't strong enough to hold it up. It keeps falling over on itself. Disappointing, and pointless. All customer service can offer is a "oh, send it back then". No apparent care that the product is not fit for purpose, nor a willingness to accept that I've put time and effort into getting these made for Christmas, and that there is no longer time for an alternative.

Dec 11,2024Good quality photos. I will order again, but next time I will order without the white edging though, as they didn't fit my frame inset quite right and the white edging shows. The order process is a little confusing when choosing with or without the white edging.

Dec 11,2024Placed my first order for advent calendars on 13th November with latest delivery time of 30th November to store. Although dispatched in good time it didn't get to store until that date. I then had to post one of them on to the recipient as by then they'd gone home. They still haven't got it. The store was quite rude when I phoned to check if the order had arrived. I ordered another advent calendar about a week later and this was posted directly to the recipient. It had arrived by the time my first order was dispatched. The quality of the advent calendars is not as good as I hoped for. Quite flimsy for the price. Nice idea but I'm not sure that I will repeat this next year.
