Nov 02,2024I was really disappointed with the quality to be honest. I ordered framed prints. The cardboard mount is bent on both, so there are little gaps that are visible, and the prints are slightly stuck to the front glass on both, making it look like there are marks on the photo (which there aren't). I almost took them back to store to try and get a refund. Won't order again.

Nov 01,2024I was a little hesitant at first as I have previously ordered prints through a high street photo developer and the quality left a lot to be desired but, I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall quality. I decided to go for the best paper etc and that was most definitely the right choice for me. I would order more from Boots Photo when the need arises in the future.
