I called Bosca and informed them of the issue, and they generously gave me free monogramming and 10% off a replacement wallet. I highly recommend choosing Bosca!

I also had gifted them to our two daughters for their college graduations. Each contained a praiseworthy and noteworthy "official" letter. The quality is excellent, service excellent, gift box beautiful. It is a winning item. And, you get what you for:)
