Their customer service is excellent and the hot water dispenser is brilliant and I couldn't be happier and I'd definitely recommend Boxed2me.

Feb 28,2024Began 1 star, now 3 star review. If they could be bothered to send dispatch email they would have got say 5 star review. Item arrived safe and works well. Build quality is good and very good for price. A bit hefty on postage & packaging but hey it arrived. Not sure if I'd return as they leave you in suspense as you never know what's happening. Hope this company is happier with my edited review.

Jan 24,2024Outstanding Customer Service The Kitchen Clock Radio I purchased didnt meet my expectations i.e. insufficiently ergonomic for the use I intended for it in our kitchen. So I requested a Return and received an immediate response with Return Address etc. and promise of a refund upon receipt of return. The Return Address I was given was incompatible with my chosen Carrier (cant deliver to a PO Box Address) so I requested and was given an alternative address, It arrived there next working day and I received an immediate acknowledgment and promise of a refund within 2 Working Days - Outstanding

Jun 26,2023Shame having to do this but Ordering good , price good ,delivery good but there knowledge of any technical issues is NIL they cant answer any as they dont have a tech side so if things go wrong your stuck unless they will have the goods back ,a firm with potential been let down by having no knowledge of the things they sell

Jun 20,2023I recently ordered a reusable coffee filter. As the description says, cheaper and more environmentally friendly than single use paper ones. It arrived in good time, well packaged and in perfect condition. No complaints at all with customer service. However the description says: "Fits perfectly into any standard filter coffee machine". Unfortunately it doesn't fit my Melitta, despite being the correct size. I decided not to return it as it was not expensive and would not have been worth it after deducting postage both ways. We have been able to "make it work" with some careful heating and cutting of the plastic edge. Melitta owners beware unless you're prepared to do this.

I emailed customer service, and they immediately replied back offering to send a replacement. So I would highly suggest this website. But stay away from NEDIS window feed-though ethernet cable

I only realised after it was delivered, I emailed the company explaining what had happened and was told to Mail the unit back to them, I did and received a full refund 1st rate customer service

May 06,2022Total disaster. I ordered a clock for £100, delivery driver had taken a picture of it at the front door whilst I was out. When I returned home less than 15 minutes later it wasn’t there. Bixed2me won’t respond to any emails (That’s you Steve Sheasby). I’ve asked )as they used Amazon for delivery) why wasn’t it rescheduled for the next day or left with one of the neighbours? No response.

Apr 30,2022Awesome service. I ordered 3 items and unfortunately when the order was delivered the packaging had been damaged in transit and 1 item was missing. Sent an email to them straight away and they sent the missing item out the next day without any extra cost. The items were the cheapest price I had seen anywhere online and the orders only took a few days to arrive using the free delivery option. Will definitely shop here again!

Dec 18,2024Got the mystery box. What a pile of crap. There was actually a scart lead in it. An actual Scart lead. No one has used one of those in the last 10 years. A car phone holder for a discontinued phone, USB b cables. All stuff from at least 5 to 10 years ago. Complete rip off. Do not waste your money. Re your response, it is not the diverse nature of the products that is the issue, it is that they are all from 5 years ago. I checked and not a single device in my home has a Scart lead. I got 3 pairs of earphones, all of which had cables to plug them in, but no devices with a headphone socket, a car holder for a Samsung phone that Samsung stopped making 2 years ago. Diversity is totally not the issue, the issue is you selling a box of tat for £50, that no one could use anyway as it is all YEARS OUT OF DATE. A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!
