Feb 02,2023Great customer service, my things were picked up the next day after my initial call. All the processes were extremely straight forward and the staff was friendly and easy to approach. I paid exactly how much I was expecting, based on the initial quotation (no hidden fees). The only suggestion I have is to allow the customers to choose a specific time of the day for pick-up/delivery because sometimes is inconvenient to stay home and wait all day.

The price for the storage unit (the Hague, the Netherlands) was cheap, and so was the moving fee, the price would be the same as if we did it ourselves, but much more convenient. The delivery of our stuff, when we got it back, was to an A.

Jan 23,2023Geich vorab - NIE WIEDER BOXIE24 Habe meine Möbel für 1 1/2 Jahre bei Boxie24 einlagern lassen. Abholung und Lieferung verliefen gut, hat jedoch auch jedesmal knapp 300€ gekostet ( für 7m2 und Abholung und Lieferung aus/in EFH) Was beim Transport oder der Einlagerung abgelaufen ist möchte ich mir gar nicht ausmalen. Bis auf einen Kleiderständer und einen Kühlschrank sind alle Teile beschädigt bzw. komplett zerstört. Die lapidare Antwort vom Unternehmen, ich hätte alle Möbelstücke verpacken müssen ( was wir bei den zerstörten Möbeln getan hatten) Einzige Aussage vom Mitarbeiter, er werde meine Beschwerde weitergeben. Seit dem habe ich nichts mehr von dem Verein gehört. Ich kann von der Firma jedenfalls nur abraten. Besser sie verkaufen ihre Sachen, oder bringen sie gleich auf den Sperrmüll was wir jetzt auch machen müssen.

Jan 18,2023Ich kann Boxie 24 nur empfehlen. Immer freundlich und erreichbar. Die Abholung meiner Möbel verlief reibungslos und ohne Mängel. Ich hatte meine Möbel 1 Jahr eingelagert und würde es jederzeit wieder tun.

Jan 13,2023Reliable, Fast & Affordable. This is my 2nd storage with Boxie24. They're very flexible and urgent with setting the dates. The pick up service is friendly and punctual. Communication is always helpful and reliable. My items were stored neatly and whenever I wanted to retrieve an item or 2, it was less than 1 week. Super fast and convenient. The cost is very affordable, so the house is not cluttered! Top, Mega, Super!!!

Jan 13,2023The company was very clear and helpful to determine the necessary storage. The delivery service to the address was also excellent. I gave 4 stars because I wanted my items delivered earlier in December. Due to the high working load this was not possible and delivery was postponed to January.

Jan 13,2023Hallo Freunde! Ich habe den Boxxie Service für 4 Wochen ausprobiert und bin sehr überzeugt von der sehr Aufgeräumten Firma. Die Lieferanten waren überaus freundlich und machten mir gegenüber, einen hoch kompetenten Eindruck. REIBUNGSLOSER HABE ICH NOCH KEINE LIEFERUNG ERLEBEN DÜRFEN. Ich habe mich sehr nach dem Anstrengenden Heimflug vom Urlaub sehr gefreut, das ich keinen Finger mehr wegen den Eingelagerten Sachen rühren muss. UND DAS BESTE IST Boxxie24 Liefert und ist auf mysteriöser Weise Günstiger als alle seine nicht liefernden Konkurenten in der Umgebung. Das grenzt an Zauberei und ist niemals zu überbieten, denke ich zumindest....Also ich gebe Boxie24 10 / 10 Punkten.
